Joe did a fabulous job at repairing our furnace. He was able to find the problem quickly, able to find the part we needed and even drove a distance to obtain this. We have used his service twice now, for regular service and this emergency and I would recommend him to anyone! Great service!

For almost a decade, Joe has taken care of the boiler heating system in my home. He is the best! He's knowledgeable, competent, and responsive. I given him my highest recommendation.

First and foremost, joe is an amazing worker, the guy can fix ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING. If it wasn’t for joe and the a plus team, my house that has 7 people in it wouldn’t have air conditioning for the brutal temperature that buffalo has seen this summer. Him and his worker came out and were able to diagnose what the problem was with our ac unit within a matter of 30 minutes. And had it up and running better then it ever has in 2 hours. Some people will say that’s a long time but but joe does everything right and doesn’t just come and fix the problem he makes sure that there are no other problems as well! I can’t thank them enough for the work they performed for my family. I have had 3 other companies come and tell me to just pay for a new install which would have been close to $6,000! After a plus got done they saved me more then I could even imagine. I will be calling them for all of my needs! It’s not everyday you call a company to perform a service for you and they get it done and done right the first time. But with a plus that is there guarantee! Joe even called a couple times through out the month after he worked on my ac to check on it and see if it was working up to our standards and if we needed him to come and take care of anything. I’m honestly blessed to have found joe and A Plus Quality. I gave them 5 stars but if I could I would give them 100. Keep up the great work!

Joe called right back after we called him and told him our hot water tank went. He made it a point to get right over and get a new one set up right away. Besides that issue we had issues with our A/C last summer and again after one call he was right over. No doubt in our minds he will be the one we call when we have any issues. It shows that he cares since he personally handles all issues himself.

I 100% endorse Joe and his company Last Thursday I contacted another company they sent somebody out at an overtime rate and charged me 150 bucks to tell me I need a new unit that would cost me $4000 I was frantic because I don’t have that kind of money so I posted on Facebook and Joe contacted me that night and told me he was positive he could fix my Air conditioning and he was so sure he would come out and not charge me if he couldn’t fix it Joe showed up the next morning and he not only fixed it but he improved the quality of my air conditioning It is now working the best it ever has I one hundred percent endorse joe and A+ quality heating and air-conditioning. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgable, explained everything and gave me all the estimates and options for repairing or replacing my furnace upfront. Will definitely use them again if I have any more issues. The owner does the work himself and you can tell he takes pride in it.
