Joe's service was excellent. He was professional, prompt and fully explained the problem. He even went a step further by contacting the company that sold the furnace and advised them of the manufacturing defect. He really knows his stuff. He was honest and not out here trying to sell you a pie in the sky, he will do his best to fix the problem before offering a replacement. I wish I would have met him before I entered into a contract with someone else but Joe fixed the problem that they would have never found. Joe and A Plus Quality Heating will be on speed dial for all my heating needs as well as my families. Again, thank you for everything!!!!

I had a pipe break on a Friday afternoon. A Plus fit me in promptly so that I wouldn’t have further water damage and would be able to turn my water back on. They were professional. I will prefer all my friends to A+

We had problems with our pool heater. It is an air pump heater. Joe put me at ease and totally knew what he was talking about !! He came and assessed … turned out we needed a part for a switch.
